Set across approximately 10 acres on a hilltop near Patan, the resort is shaped by the natural terrain of the site — its sloping and terraced land, expansive valley views and a water stream flowing at the base.

Rather than working against the terrain, the planning follows its natural contours. The uppermost level forms the arrival and public zone, bringing together the reception, administration, restaurant and activity spaces. From here, the resort unfolds gradually across the terraces, allowing the landscape and views to become part of the experience.

Accommodation is distributed across the different levels of the terrain, with each cluster responding to the views and character offered by its location. Unique stays, including Hobbit-inspired cave rooms, are integrated into the landscape to create experiences that feel closely connected to the setting.

The planning is guided by a conscious approach to the existing landscape, working around trees and respecting the site’s natural flora and fauna. Buildings and outdoor spaces are placed to preserve the relationship between the built environment and the surrounding terrain.

The result is an outward-looking resort where the landscape becomes the defining experience — with each level, room and shared space offering a different relationship with the hills, valley and natural surroundings.
