A 20,000 sq. ft. office interior designed for LG Electronics India Limited at Ranjangaon, with a focus on creating an engaging and efficient workplace for its employees.

The brief called for a workplace that could accommodate different functions while encouraging interaction and engagement among employees. The scale of the project, coupled with a demanding timeline, called for efficient planning, clear coordination and a focused design approach.

The workspace was organized to support the varied requirements of different functions, while maintaining a sense of connection across the office. The planning balances spaces for focused work with areas for interaction and collaboration, creating opportunities for employees to engage and work together through the day.

With the project delivered within a short timeframe, the design focused on making the most of the available space through efficient planning, clear circulation and a balanced approach to individual and shared work environments.
