Madhuban Resort Resort — Chh. Sambhajinagar

Resort — Chh. Sambhajinagar

Architectural Design Consultancy | Approx. 10 Acres

Spread across approximately 10 acres, Madhuban Resort takes the naturally formed lake at the heart of the site as the starting point for its planning.

Set within a dense landscape, the resort is developed as a series of clustered, open formations that allow each space and room to maintain a strong connection with the outdoors, while offering privacy and views of the surrounding setting.

The planning responds to the local climate through deep overhangs and shaded spaces, creating comfortable transitions between the interiors and the landscape.

Rather than treating the landscape as a backdrop, the design seeks to blend into it. The buildings are carefully positioned within the existing setting, allowing the lake, greenery and open spaces to remain the defining experience of the resort.

The result is a resort shaped by its natural surroundings — where architecture finds its place within the landscape rather than competing with it.
